What’s your passion?
With a fearless pursuit ahead, the Kepler team comes together capitalizing on our diversity of skills and experience. We cultivate an environment of encouragement, fun, laughter and an incredible sense of adventure. Read about the different teams that make Kepler what it is.Hardware Engineering is responsible for the physical design of all Kepler's future products with the intent of meeting the highest quality and reliability standards, enabling advanced testing practices, and minimizing board and system level manufacturing complexity.

Design, build and test Radio-Frequency frontends and antennas for space-based satellite communications payloads and ground-based satcom terminals.

Enable and perform product development so that you can present potential customers with compelling communications solutions.

Operate a constellation of satellites and groundstations. Develop the satellite LEOP (launch and early orbit phase), commissioning and standard operating procedures and implement them in flight. Problem solve and troubleshoot anomalies to keep Kepler's network running smoothly. Develop tools to increase efficiency and automation.

Be part of the team that's responsible for the design and deployment of the constellation; that means scoping, improving, and enhancing our orbital assets and ensuring the reliability in their build throughout their lifecycle.

Scaling the build-out of our constellation; taking us from the point of building single satellites to tens at a time, not to mention hundreds of user terminals.

Mix your technical knowledge with policy initiatives to interface with administrations around the world and help us secure market access for our IoT and Global Data Services.

Be the first point of contact for users and organizations that can benefit from Kepler’s satellite communications solutions.

Ensure Kepler is functioning as smoothly and as efficiently as possible. Simplify work processes so that others can focus on their strengths.

Be involved in real projects in the space industry, working cross functionally across our teams. Many of our interns return back to Kepler, for their 2nd and 3rd internship and post graduation, working full time.

Duncan Iglesias
Software Engineer"Over the past eighteen months I have had the opportunity to work with some of the most brilliant and passionate people that I have ever met. Kepler embodies its core values which reflect in the daily life at Kepler: accomplishments are recognized, issues are addressed openly, help is readily available, and new challenges are faced with enthusiasm. With new challenges come new opportunities to learn and expand your horizon, whether that involves a deep dive into a technical problem or collaboration on a multidisciplinary team in unfamiliar fields, the opportunities to grow at Kepler are endless. "

Director of Finance"If you’re looking for a job to keep you on your toes while exposing you to innovative technology, Kepler is the place to be. With constant innovation comes challenging problems and evolving priorities, many with compressed timelines. If you're curious, good at multitasking, and thrive in a result-driven environment, Kepler offers a rewarding career experience. Overall team culture is exceptional!"

Intern - Regulatory"I joined Kepler's Regulatory Team in early June of this year as an Engineering Intern. I've had the opportunity to explore the ins and outs of wireless communication regulations as well as code in a whole bunch of programming languages. This gave me the chance to build and diversify my coding portfolio and at the same time have fun learning about the laws Kepler needs to navigate to bring the Internet to space. Kepler is a great community for curious minds with strong work ethics and who are not afraid to learn a lot (and make mistakes) along the journey to success."
