“Most of Kepler, as it exists today, is the team. We have technology, but it’s not nearly as valuable as the team that built it.”

Team Testimonials

In the past year, I have experienced unbounded opportunities to learn and expand my responsibilities, while working alongside some of the most brilliant individuals at all levels. I’ve found Kepler to be a place where opinions and thoughts from everyone are valued and big audacious goals are taken head on in thoughtful ways. At the end of the day though, we still have fun, celebrating the milestones achieved every step of the way.

Sally Ha-HauFinance Manager

I initially was quite nervous to start working at Kepler due to my limited knowledge about the industry/satellites. I came to realize that at Kepler, help is readily available, as long as you ask there is always someone ready to share their knowledge with you. There are several opportunities at Kepler to enhance knowledge and skills. I have only been working at Kepler for 7 months, but I can already say it has been one of my best career moves!

Rebecca BoatengProject Coordinator

I started at Kepler an intern in the regulatory team and in just 3 short months I was a part of the development of a large open-source software tool. During my time as an intern, I was entrusted with significant responsibility, which enabled me to learn a lot in a short time. Since graduating I returned as a full-time employee in the regulatory team, and I’ve already worked on a wide variety of interesting projects. Kepler is such an exciting place for me to work, as I’m surrounded by colleagues who are incredibly passionate and knowledgeable about space. There’s so many great opportunities at Kepler for learning and developing while solving the hard problems that are a part of making space technology possible!
