Administrative Assistant

Kepler is changing the face of satellite communications by launching a constellation of telecommunication nanosatellites! With the recent success of our Series A funding, a handful of early customers, and our first two satellites in orbit, Kepler is currently doubling in size!

We invest heavily to deliver the best products to our customers, and so we’re on the hunt for a top-tier Administrative Assistant who will primarily be responsible for supporting company wide administration.

While the role will primarily focus on regulatory administration tasks. It will be varied and will also encompass managing routine daily office management tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, prepare, edit and/or proofread documents such as correspondence, presentations, and reports using various software for the regulatory team.
  • Manage reception area, coordinating deliveries, meeting room requests and general office management responsibilities
  • Light housekeeping (disinfecting common areas) and managing external cleaning vendors/landlord/contractors
  • Proactively identify and take accountability for administrative tasks
  • Other office duties as required

  • Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in related position
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Responsible, and reliable with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Superb interpersonal skills to deal with people at senior levels, internally and externally.
  • Operates with a large degree of autonomy and independently completes high quality work to meet established goals.
  • Experience with event planning and other general office management tasks
  • Bonus Points

  • Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced start-up environment
  • Experience managing vendor relationships (negotiating contracts etc.)
