Kepler is changing the face of satellite communications by launching a constellation of telecommunication nanosatellites! With the recent success of our Series A funding, a handful of early customers, and our first two satellites in orbit, Kepler is currently doubling in size!

Kepler is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join its growing team! Our organization is focused on professional improvement, providing input in a team environment and being a value added member to all aspects of the business.

This role will have responsibility for spearheading the marketing tactics that will increase growth via a marketing communications strategy that is solution and product-centric. Working closely with internal stakeholders a successful candidate will develop and deliver complete marketing programs that convey the story of Kepler’s satellite communication solutions through all media (digital, collateral, press, events, etc). Expertise in Product Marketing, developing impactful programs that generate meaningful results, and full life-cycle project management of all marketing activities is required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a cohesive product marketing strategy across product lines that connects with Kepler’s target audience, and establishes Kepler as an innovation leader.
  • Be the ‘voice of the customer’ within Kepler and contribute to the product road map via conveying feedback and intelligence from the market that translates into features and requirements that solve user issues and add value to Kepler's offering.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain both short term and long-term product marketing roadmaps
  • Establish success criteria for all related marketing initiatives and regularly evaluate overall performance / ROI for all active programs
  • Collaborate with internal and external resources for various campaign elements.
  • Monitor competitor and partner activities and provide consolidated briefs for the team.
  • Collaborate with the sales organization on sales and marketing initiatives that help achieve performance goals
  • Develops the product expertise that is required to educate external channel partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholder teams; identify opportunities to drive revenue, and optimize costs
  • Champion marketing’s priorities, strategies, and initiatives throughout the organization
  • Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Product Marketing, Corporate Communications, Digital Marketing, Product Management
  • Experience running B2B Product Marketing Campaigns
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills
  • Project management experience, full-cycle end to end.
  • Advance expertise in MS Office/GSuite and Google Analytics.
  • Strong creativity and conceptual skills.
  • Expertise in Branding and re-branding strategies.
  • Demonstrates excellent influencing/negotiation skill.
